Step 1. Bar fret 1 with index finger. (Press down all the strings).
Step 2. Place ring finger on fret 3 on A string
Step 3 Place little finger underneath ring finger. (Fret 3, D string).

Notice how I've pressed my middle on my index to help press down all the strings.
